According to police, Norris parked in the fire lane in front of the Jewel-Osco and security guards later noticed he was concealing a shaver underneath his clothes.
"Norris then attempted to leave the store, passing the last point of sale without purchasing the shaver," police reports indicate. "A Jewel-Osco loss prevention officer identified himself to Norris while in the front vestibule and inquired about the theft."
