The name was recommended by the college’s administration, based on results from a survey conducted last fall asking students, staff, faculty and community members for their ideas and input for the building’s name.
“I want to thank all the students, employees, and community members who took our survey and contributed their ideas for naming the JJC Events Center,” said JJC President Dr. Debra Daniels. “Now that the name has been chosen, I’m especially looking forward to the grand opening in 2017!”
