The college had postponed its spring commencement ceremony in May due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Taking into account the uncertainty of upcoming large events and other operational considerations, this decision has been made through a lot of discussion, outreach, research, and a survey with students,” said JJC President Dr. Judy Mitchell. “Many thanks to the Graduation Committee for your dedication to making this experience happen for our students.”

A representative from StageClip will be contacting 2020 graduates through their school email inviting them to participate. Students will also have the opportunity to create their own brief video to send to StageClip for inclusion in the ceremony.
The college is planning for a September debut of the ceremony online.
Students can visit the graduation web page for the latest information, and direct questions to graduationoffice@jjc.edu.
