Joliet Area Restaurant Week Feb. 18-25 Has Arrived
Which of these 39 restaurants is offering the best special?
JOLIET, IL - It's time for the second annual Joliet Area Restaurant Week. The weeklong dining out extravaganza offers some great coupons and discounts to get people from around Will County to visit some of the Joliet area's many restaurants. Besides Joliet, the participants include Lockport, Morris, Minooka, Channahon, Shorewood, Crest Hill, Wilmington, Romeoville and Bolingbrook.
"We are thrilled to create this promotion to highlight the many unique restaurants in the Joliet area. These restaurants are locally-owned, some are farm to table, but all have amazing deals and flavorful meals," remarked Bob Navarro, president and chief executive officer with the Heritage Corridor Convention and Visitors Bureau here in Joliet.

"By creating a special period to highlight their dining deals, we know many will visit these restaurants either for the first time or return visit," Navarro noted.

It's not just a Joliet thing either.
"Although Joliet is the primary draw with several downtown and west side restaurants participating, we have several restaurants outside the city limits ready to provide a great deal," Navarro told Joliet Patch. "John Mathias has all three of his restaurants participating: Big Fish Grille (Wilmington), Morris Chop Shop, and Pesciolino Oseria (Channahon)."
