Joliet Flasher Arrested On Collins Street: Police

JOLIET, IL — A 24-year-old Joliet resident accused of flashing a woman in the 500 block of Collins Street on Tuesday afternoon has been arrested on charges of disorderly conduct.

Joliet police said officers were summoned to Collins Street around 12:15 p.m. for a disturbance. At the scene, officers determined that Demario Hall had exposed his genitalia to an adult female from outside a business where she was working, according to police reports.

Officers caught up to Hall nearby, and he was placed into custody. Hall was later released from custody on an I-bond, according to police.
