Days after Joliet Patch wrote about a new restaurant planned next to McDonald's, city officials put orange stickers on the building.

JOLIET, IL — The mystery surrounding a new restaurant planned for Joliet's Jefferson Street in the empty building between McDonald's and El Burrito Loco will continue a while longer.
City of Joliet officials have ordered a work stoppage to the remodeling work at 1511 W. Jefferson St. Joliet Patch has left a message seeking comment from city of Joliet chief building inspector Jason Buss for more details on the matter.
