Joliet Library Asks for Input on Strategic Plan
Open sessions set for both branches of the library next month.

The Joliet Public Library District is getting ready to begin a “major strategic planning program” this year, and officials are asking patrons for input.
The library district is asking residents to share their needs, concerns and suggestions at two public focus group meetings. Residents will be asked to give their thoughts on various aspects of the library, including services, resources, patron needs and its place in the Joliet community.
Two sessions will be offered:

- Tuesday, March 10, at 6 p.m. at the Black Road Branch, 3395 Black Rd.
- Thursday, March 12, at 5 p.m. at the Main Library, 150 N. Ottawa St.
Each session will last approximately 90 minutes, and light refreshments will be served.
