Crest Hill Man Exposes Himself, Requests Oral Sex On Wilcox St: JPD

JOLIET, IL — A 33-year-old resident of Crest Hill, Lloyd Robinson, was arrested by Joliet police last weekend in connection with allegations that he exposed his private parts and implored a woman to have oral sex with him, according to the arrest reports.

Joliet police hauled Robinson away in handcuffs on charges of public indecency, possession of a controlled substance, obstructing a peace officer and obstructing justice.

According to Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English, the following events surrounding Robinson's arrest on Friday night:

• At 8:27 p.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Wilcox Street for a lewd conduct report.
• Officers learned that a woman home returned from shopping and saw a man, later described as Robinson, approaching vehicles in the area. The victim went into her home and then saw Robinson expose his genitalia toward her and request she perform oral sex.
• Officers located Robinson in the 1000 block of Kelly Avenue. Robinson was taken to the Joliet Police Department for processing. Upon search of Robinson, Officers recovered suspected PCP, English said.
• Arrest reports show that Robinson refused to provide identifying information and was identified following a fingerprint inquiry. He was processed and released on a Notice to Appear.
• Robinson comes from the 1700 block of Arbor Lane.
