Joliet Police Arrest Man Who Threatens To Kill Woman On Frederick: JPD
Scott Hasenjaeger, 50, was hauled away in handcuffs and booked into the Will County Jail. It's his third trip to the jail since 2020.

JOLIET, IL — A 50-year-old Joliet man who has been arrested by Joliet police on domestic violence charges in recent years was taken into custody on Tuesday night. Joliet police say they booked Scott Hasenjaeger into the Will County Jail on domestic battery charges.
The incident leading to Hasenjaeger's latest arrest happened around 4:30 p.m.
Joliet police said that officers were called to the Hasenjaeger residence in the 1100 block of Frederick Street for a domestic disturbance.

According to police:
Officers learned that Hasenjaeger grew angry and pushed a woman down onto a bed and threatened to kill her. Hasenjaeger was on scene and was placed into custody.

In 2021, Joliet Patch reported that Hasenjaeger, then 47, was arrested Friday night after Joliet police say he hit a woman in the face on Joliet's west side and later shoved several Joliet officers who came to his house to arrest him, according to police reports.
