Joliet Police Drug Raid Nets 4 Criminals On North Prairie Ave: Cops
Barefield, Vaughn, Steck, and Apiquian were located on the premises at the time of the search warrant, Joliet police announced.

JOLIET, IL— The Joliet Police Department announced that four people who are involved in drug dealing and possession of illegal drugs were hauled away in handcuffs in recent days following a successful drug raid at 1618 N. Prairie Ave. in Crest Hill.
The four criminals, according to Joliet police, are:
Bryson Barefield, 40, Crest Hill, who was arrested and released on a Notice to Appear for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver.

Thomas Vaughn, 50, Joliet, who was arrested and released on a Notice to Appear for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Jeremy Steck, 46, of Joliet, was arrested and released on a Notice to Appear for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Nicole Apiquian, 31, of Joliet, was arrested and released on a Notice to Appear for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Equipment.
According to Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English:
The Joliet Police Department Narcotics Unit obtained a search warrant to do the raid at 9:37 a.m. on December 22 at Barefield's house in the 1600 block of North Prairie Avenue in Crest Hill.
Officers recovered suspected cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, prescription medication, cash, and drug paraphernalia. Barefield, Vaughn, Steck, and Apiquian were located on the premises at the time of the search warrant, and all were placed into custody without incident.
Vaughn, Steck and Apiquian were in possession of narcotics while inside a Chrysler Town and Country van in the driveway. All were taken to the Joliet Police Department for processing and released on a Notice to Appear.
