Joliet Police Probe Car Shooting On Infantry Drive: WJOL

JOLIET, IL — Joliet's top news radio station, AM-1340 WJOL, is reporting that there was an early evening shooting between two cars Thursday on Joliet's west side along Infantry Drive. WJOL reported that it has reached out to Joliet police officials for an update about the shooting but has yet to hear back. Around 6 p.m. several patrol cars had closed off Infantry Drive at Black Road.

Later, The Herald-News reached out to Joliet Police Sgt. Chris Botzum and he indicated that a person in one of the cars got shot in the arm.
