Congratulations and Best Wishes to Eighteen District 86 Retirees

Congratulations to the 18 employees who retired from Joliet Public Schools District 86 this year. Collectively, these individuals worked in District 86 for a total of 390 years. The retirees included: Jacquelyn Bisping, Gompers Junior High - 16 years; Mary Greenback, Marycrest Early Childhood Center - 33 years; Victoria Griffin, Gompers Junior High - 19 years; Monita Gruhlke, J.F. Kennedy Administrative Center - 17 years; Deborah Hines, Carl Sandburg Elementary - 15 years; Miriam Ibarra, Taft Elementary - 28 years; Marcia Jolly, Farragut Elementary - 40 years; Irma Martinez, Marycrest Early Childhood Center - 21 years; Maria Martinez, Sator Sanchez Elementary - 37 years; Carol Munyon, Marycrest Early Childhood Center - 13 years; Kathleen Partilla, Lynne Thigpen Elementary - 31 years; Kathy Presa, Dirksen Junior High - 12 years; Christine Quigley, Gompers Junior High - 38 years; Mary Rodriguez, Isaac Singleton Elementary - 33 years; Deborah Tero McFadden, J.F. Kennedy Administrative Center - 7 years; Christine Tomasino, Woodland Elementary - 3 years; Susan Vanisko, Carl Sandburg Elementary -12 years; and Guadalupe Vital, Sator Sanchez Elementary - 15 years. The District 86 Board of School Inspectors honored the retirees during the June school board meeting.
