Louis Joliet Mall Sold to Company in Connecticut
The Joliet shopping center is one of seven properties placed on the market by the Westfield group and purchased by Starwood Capital Group.
's Louis Joliet Mall has been sold to Starwood Capital Group, an investment firm.
The Greenwich, Conn.-based company purchased the property alon with six other shopping center that had been spun off by the Westfield Group, according to a story in the Chicago Tribune.
