JOLIET, IL - A Joliet senior citizen finds himself lodged in the Will County Jail for the fourth time in a year after Joliet Police busted Leon L. Williams two weeks ago on two charges of unlawful possession of another debit's card and one charge of unlawful possession of another person's credit card. Williams, who lives in the 900 block of North Broadway Street, was also charged with criminal trespass to real property.

The 66-year-old man was apprehended by Joliet Police officers on the night of July 8.

Williams was committing crimes in downtown Joliet, in the city of Joliet parking deck located in the 100 block of North Ottawa Street, court records show.

"Said defendant knowingly entered upon the land of another, a parking deck the city of Joliet, after receiving, prior to such entry, notice from the city of Joliet that such entry is forbidden," the complaint states.

Court records indicate the 66-year-old Joliet man had stolen the credit cards and debit cards of two different individuals; both crimes occurred on July 8.

Williams remains in the county jail on a $220,000 bail, jail records indicate.
