JOLIET, IL - It was one of the busiest weekends at the Will County Jail in a long time. At least 45 newcomers were admitted into their new quarters on Saturday and Sunday. Here's a sampling of some of the new inmates. Perhaps you went to high school with one of them.

DORIEN SMITH, 24, 400 block of North Bluff Street, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on charges of burglary, vehicle theft conspiracy and disorderly conduct.

EDWARD BRAXTON, 42, 600 block of Norton Avenue, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on charges of burglary.

JUSTINE TURK, 28, 900 block of Hollyberry Drive, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on charges of aggravated battery.

JASON ALLBERT, 56, 100 block of South Reed Street, Joliet, arrested by Will County on charges of DUI and DUI 0.08 or higher.

KOLTIN POWELL, 23, Coal City, arrested by Will County on charges of failure to render aid, failure to report an accident and five traffic citations including failure to exercise due care to avoid a pedestrian.

ADAM GRONAU, 25, 100 block of East Jefferson Street, arrested by Shorewood Police on charges of domestic battery.

BRANDON DEPOY, 31, Wilmington, arrested by Wilmington Police on charges of domestic battery.

KEVIN FAUCHER, 31, Naperville, arrested by Bolingbrook Police on charges of domestic battery and a temporary hold for the Illinois Department of Corrections.

MARCUS HECKARD, 45, 1400 block of Burry, Joliet, arrested by Crest Hill Police on three charges of aggravated battery involving torture and a temporary hold for the Illinois Department of Corrections.

TODD MCFARLAND, 43, 1900 block of Parkside Drive, Shorewood, arrested by Shorewood Police on charges of domestic battery, unlawful restraint and a temporary hold for the Illinois Department of Corrections.
