Randall Harrison, 28, 100 block of North Raynor Avenue, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on two felonies and six misdemeanors. The main charges consist of aggravated battery, fleeing/eluding police officers, resisting the arrest and driving under the influence of alcohol.
