JOLIET, IL — A number of people across Will County were arrested over the weekend. Here's a sampling of the new inmates and why they are being charged with crimes.
Austin Adler, 22, Townsend Boulevard, Plainfield mailing address, arrested by Aurora Police on charges of carrying or possessing a gun in public and possession of between 10 and 30 grams of marijuana.

[Name Withheld], 19, Bolingbrook, arrested by Bolingbrook Police on domestic battery charges.
Patrick Beck, 28, Daybreak Shelter, Cass Street, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.

Josefina Black, 48, 100 block of Jasper Street, Joliet, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on charges of aggravated discharge of a gun/building/school.

Gary Daugherty, 55, West 135th Street, Plainfield, arrested by Will County on domestic battery charges.

Thurmond Lurry the second, 42, unit block of Peale Street, Joliet, arrested by Will County on charges of aggravated discharge of a gun/building/school and a parole violation/IDOC hold.

Otoniel Leon-Parra, 45, 1100 block of Draper Avenue, Joliet, arrested by Will County on charges of possession of controlled substances.
