No Valid License, Open Alcohol, Felony DUI Arrest: Cops
While speaking to Joliet police, Yimi Vivas-Guzman exhibited behaviors consistent with alcohol impairment, officers noted.

JOLIET, IL — A 42-year-old Joliet man who has no business driving a vehicle, according to Joliet police, was arrested early Sunday morning in connection with a felony DUI. Joliet police say Yimi Vivas-Guzman was arrested and released on a Notice to Appear for Aggravated DUI.
The incident leading to the arrest of Vivas-Guzman happened at 1:38 a.m.
Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English said the following events led to the 42-year-old man's capture on the felony DUI charges:

Officers conducted a traffic stop on a Ford Explorer near Richards Street and Third Avenue for speeding. While speaking to the officers, Vivas-Guzman exhibited behaviors consistent with alcohol impairment. Vivas-Guzman performed field sobriety tests and was then placed into custody without incident. Officers found an open container of alcohol in Vivas-Guzman’s vehicle, and it was determined that Vivas-Guzman did not possess a driver’s license.
Vivas-Guzman was also cited for Speeding, Improper Lane Usage, Illegal Transportation of Open Alcohol by Driver, and No Valid Driver’s License. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
