Joliet's City Council will vote on a transfer of Class A Liquor License at 117 N. Center St. to Last Chantz Sports Bar.

JOLIET, IL — Joliet Mayor Terry D'Arcy is recommending that the Joliet City Council approve a liquor license transfer to Eden Wiechec, so she can operate the Last Chantz Sports Bar at 117 N. Center St., the former O'Charleys Pub.
The Joliet Council will discuss the matter at Tuesday night's meeting.

In recent days, Eden Mueller Wiechec, identified on Facebook as owner and founder of Eden Bar & Grill at 926 Gardner St. on Joliet's east side, informed her social media followers that "we are thrilled to announce that the neighborhood bar formerly known as Channahon bar and grill is under new ownership and undergoing a complete renovation to becomeTru Country Bar and Grill."
Now, it appears Eden Wiechec will be involved in the operation of three Joliet area bars, in the event the Council approves D'Arcy's recommendation to grant her a liquor license for the old O'Charleys.
