Disorderly Conduct At Walmart: One Of Joliet's Most Arrested Gets Jail
Upon arrival, Justin Colnar ran from the ambulance and the area, and Colnar was later captured at Walmart again, Joliet police noted.

JOLIET, IL — For at least the eighth time this year, 42-year-old Justin Colnar of Joliet's September Drive has been arrested, but Monday night's incident has resulted in felony disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property charges stemming from multiple incidents on Memorial Day at the Joliet Walmart store on West Jefferson Street.
A Will County judge put Colnar's bail at $20,000, and he remains in custody, unable to get out as of Wednesday evening.

- Around 11 p.m. officers were sent to the Walmart because Colnar was back on the property despite being arrested by Joliet police for being at the Walmart property earlier that same night.
- At 7:55 p.m., the Walmart employees called Joliet police to let them know Colnar was on their property, even though he's been banned from setting foot on 2424 W. Jefferson Street.
- However, Colnar ignored numerous commands by the officers to leave, and he was placed into custody for criminal trespass. He was processed at the Joliet Police Department and released on an I-Bond.
- Upon being let go on his I-bond, Colnar called 911 indicating he wished to harm himself, prompting the Joliet Fire Department to sent out an ambulance to bring him to St. Joe's.
- However, it was believed Colnar called 911 only to get a ride by an ambulance. At the hospital, Colnar ran from the ambulance and the entire area. A short time later, Joliet police learned that Colnar went back to the Walmart.
- Officers placed him into custody without incident, and he was booked into the Will County Jail at 11:59 p.m. Colnar was previously in the jail from March 14 until April 6 and Nov. 16 until Dec. 12.
On April 4, under a plea bargain, five of Colnar's separate criminal cases, all from this year, were resolved. He pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property charges and received a $469 fine and was sentenced to 72 days in the Will County Jail with credit for 44 days of time already served. Colnar's two other pending criminal cases from this year were dismissed under the plea, according to Will County court files.
