Parking Lot Fight At Riverwalk Homes Draws Crowd, 3 Arrested
A large crowd of people gathered to watch Monday afternoon's fight in the parking lot of the former Evergreen Terrace housing complex.

JOLIET, IL — Three people were hauled away in handcuffs by Joliet police after an outdoor fight broke out around 4 p.m. Monday at the old Evergreen Terrace public housing complex, now called the Riverwalk Homes Apartments.
Monday's violence resulted in the arrests of 27-year-old Joliet resident Deandrea Calhoun on charges of battery. Timel Calhoun, 27, was also arrested on battery charges and so was Tierra Rodgers, 30, of Joliet, according to police.
Officers responded to Riverwalk Homes for a fight in progress.

"Officers determined that during an argument in the parking lot, Deandrea and Timel Calhoun as well as Tierra Rodgers battered three female adult victims, punching them numerous times in the face and body," police spokesman Dwayne English notified Joliet Patch.
English said the officers located Rodgers and both of the Calhouns still on the public housing complex property and put them under arrest without any problems.
