Pershing Elementary School Welcomes New Principal

From Joliet Public Schools District 86:

Welcome Mrs. Carrie Busse as the new principal at Pershing Elementary School. Mrs. Busse will replace Mrs. Vernecia Gee-Davis who has been promoted to the District 86 Director of Human Resources.

Mrs. Busse has served as the District 86 English Language Arts Program Coordinator for the past seven years. Mrs. Busse has also worked at Chicago Public Schools as an Administrative Instructional Coach and Literacy Interventionist for 18 years.
