The Phantasmagorical President

President Trump’s
anger against the press is vicious to the point of first amendment
violation.

The Constitution
intended that free speech would prevent government tyranny, but like
Stalin, Hitler and Mao before him, Trump calls mainstream media the
‘enemy of the people’ --with the exception of Fox News. No dice,
he can’t have it both ways.

One suggestion is to
reduce media coverage at Trump rallies thus preventing violence
against journalists. We don’t want to see Trump’s adolescent
behavior and we’re outraged at his atrocious policies which destroy
the common good.

For example, Trump’s
repeal of fuel-efficiency standards hurts everybody and reveals his
extremely destructive spite.

But that’s our
President, degenerate-in-chief, working on behalf of oil barons. The
American people will pay more at the pump, the planet gets hotter,
and corporate big shots laugh all the way to the bank.

Disregarding Trump’s
lunacy, community planners prepare for climate change because it’s
just plain smart economics. Cities and states spend whatever meager
funding they have to address the impact of scientific data. And
every nation is working to save the planet. Every nation except
ours.

Energy efficiency
was always a good thing. But brainwashing now rules. On July 25th,
Trump told us what to think, “What you’re seeing and what you’re
reading is not what’s happening”. Trump’s spokesperson
Giulanni declared “truth isn’t truth” on August 19th.

Up is down, black is
white. Propaganda and chaos. Result: big business cashes in.

Democracy is
assaulted in favor of despotism. Trump wants Americans to “sit up
at attention” like Koreans do for dictator Kim Jong-Un. Trump is a
dictator wannabe.

Trump’s actions
are so infantile, so incompetent that he’s the laughingstock of
comedians and the daily butt of another new joke.

To Congressional
Republicans: take oversight action to curb the president now.
