JOLIET, IL — A 23-year-old man who hails from Bolingbrook and has remained in the Will County Jail since Sept. 29 now faces new charges of public indecency and criminal trespass to property in connection with a Sept. 14 incident at an east side of Joliet McDonald's restaurant.

This week, Joliet police filed their newest complaint against criminal defendant Markese Rhodes. According to police, Rhodes received prior notice from the owner of the McDonald's at 508 East Cass Street that his entry into the restaurant was already forbidden.

Despite being banned from the McDonald's, Rhodes showed up on Sept. 14 and "knowingly exposed his sex organ in a lewd manner with the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desire of the defendant," the complaint indicated.
