Ready to set sail for 2022 season

Joliet- The Buccaneers 2022 season kicks off this Saturday afternoon at 5pm in Crown Point, Indiana against one of the areas toughest teams The Lake County Warriors. They’ve had our number over the last few years says Head Coach Michael Ingram. They are a tough team and I take nothing away from them and their success over the last few years. Both teams are familiar with one another, as they both reside in the North conference of the BGFL. It is going to take a team effort to beat these guys and if we do, this will mark our first win over these guys says Ingram. Saturday’s game will be played at the Crown Point Sports Plex 1313 E. North St Crown Point, Indiana. For the first few weeks of the season the Buccaneers will be on the road to begin the 2022 season, and their first home game will be June 25 at Home against the Warriors. Since the Buccaneers last game, which was well over a month against the Chicago Falcons an impressive 12-0 win. The Buccaneers have been taking this time to prepare for this season, they have been practicing hard and getting the mental and physical reps in says team Captain #27 Tyrielle Gordon. You must remember, we all have jobs, and family and we try our best to be out at practice said Gordon. It is tough challenge getting everyone out at practice says Ingram, but we did a lot of scrimmaging this preseason; I hope that all that pays off this Saturday night says Ingram.
