Rock The Block Festival Advertised By Mayor O'Dekirk
The music festival features Everclear, Local H, Dirty Talk, Done Dirt Cheap, Oblivion Zero and many more.

JOLIET, IL — Joliet Mayor Bob O'Dekirk advertised the Joliet Rock the Block festival, which is coming up in June. The event isn't fully planned yet, but it will run from Friday to Saturday, June 15 to 17. Featured bands include Everclear, Marcy Playground and Local H.
The event will be at the southwest corner of West Clinton Street and North Chicago Street.

Friday:
Admission is $5 for all ages Friday. Blackened will play at 9 p.m., with Kashmir and Rockstar Rodeo opening.

Saturday:
Admission is free until 4 p.m., and $15 after. As a part of the Summerland tour, the concert will feature Everclear at 10 p.m., opened for by Marcy Playground, Local H and Boy of Summerland. That day, the concert will also present Dirty Talk, Done Dirt Cheap, Sybill and more.
Sunday:
Admission is free. Oblivion Zero is playing at 5 p.m., and the other bands are yet to be announced.
