Sharon loved horses and participating in equestrian events. She was a dedicated volunteer at the Midwest Greyhound Adoption group since the early 1990’s. Sharon fostered many greyhounds who needed additional care and training through the years. She believed that every greyhound deserved a soft bed and a loving home after their racing days were over.
Sharon enjoyed participating in Dog agility, a sport where a handler directs their dog through a timed obstacle course, focusing on speed and accuracy. She was currently a "dog mom" to her beloved greyhounds, Amber, Onyx, Salsa, and her current foster dog Jett.
