Stolen Freightliner In Joliet: Police Arrest Ohio Man
Christopher Fleming of Sugar Grove, Ohio, was booked into the Will County Jail by Joliet police late Wednesday. Now, he faces two felonies.

JOLIET, IL — Joliet police officers put a 43-year-old man from Sugar Grove, Ohio, in the Will County Jail late Wednesday night on two charges in connection with the theft of a stolen vehicle. Christopher Fleming was charged by Will County's State's Attorney's Office with aggravated unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle and theft. Both are felonies.
Bail for the Ohio man was set at $50,000.
Will County's criminal complaint indicates that Fleming was not entitled to possession of a Freightliner Cascada, and that he possessed the vehicle knowing it to have been stolen and the value of the vehicle was more than $25,000.

His second charge indicates that on Wednesday, Fleming knowingly obtained control over property belonging to Westmore Carriers, which was a Freightliner Cascada, with the intent of depriving the owner of the benefit of the property.
The complaint states the value of the Freightliner is between $10,000 and $100,000.

According to court files, Westmore Carriers is located at 3900 Rock Creek Boulevard in Joliet. While awaiting trial, Fleming is not to leave Illinois until further order, court documents state.
