Teen Shot At Meadow View Elementary School Property
The 17-year-old was shot Sunday night.

JOLIET, IL — Several Joliet police officers converged upon the Meadow View Elementary School property on Sunday night after a shooting left a 17-year-old boy injured.
The Joliet Police Department posted a short statement on its Facebook page around 9:30 p.m.
"Officers are currently investigating a shooting in the 2500 block of Mirage Avenue on the city's far west side. One victim has been transported to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Please avoid the area."
