Thrown Out Of Harrah's Casino, Plainfield Man Hit With 3rd DUI: JPD
Joliet police responded to the 100 block of North Joliet Street for a report of an intoxicated driver that had just left Harrah's Casino.

JOLIET, IL — A 45-year-old Plainfield man accused of driving after consuming too much alcohol while patronizing downtown Joliet's Harrah's Casino on Sunday night was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI, marking his third or subsequent offense, according to Joliet police reports.
After being processed at the Joliet police station about two blocks away, Justin Cyrnek was released on a Notice to Appear for Aggravated DUI.
Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English said the incident happened around 11:25 p.m.

According to English, the following events led to Cyrnek's arrest on felony DUI charges:
- Officers responded to the 100 block of North Joliet Street for a report of an intoxicated driver who just left Harrah’s Casino in a GMC Denali. Police said the man was asked to leave the casino by security due to his level of intoxication, and he left in a vehicle, despite a security officer telling him to not drive.
- Officers spotted the Plainfield resident driving a GMC Denali near Joliet Street and Clinton Street and conducted a traffic stop after seeing the driver on the phone.
- Officers said Cyrnek exhibited behaviors consistent with alcohol impairment while talking with the officers, and after Cyrnek refused to perform field sobriety tests, he was placed into custody.
- Officers also located an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.
- Cyrnek was cited for two counts of disobeying traffic, control device, operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic communication device, improper turn and transportation of open alcohol by driver.
