Tickets on Sale for Pilcher Park Pioneer Festival, Breakfast
The March 21-22 event, sponsored by the Joliet Park District, also includes demonstrations of making maple syrup and pioneer crafts.

Pilcher Park Nature Center’s Pioneer Festival and Pancake Breakfast will return from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday and Sunday, March 21 and 22, at 2501 Highland Park Drive.
Guests can enjoy pancakes, sausage and 100 percent pure maple syrup. The event will also include maple syrup-making demonstrations, and participants can try their hand at some pioneer chores will stepping back in time with pioneer re-enactors.

Pioneer Fest will take place snow or shine.
