Undercover Narcotics Unit Boss Gets Kicked in the Leg
A pot dealer kicked the director of an undercover drug unit in the leg.

The director of a multijurisdictional narcotics unit got kicked in the leg by a pot dealer, police said.
The alleged kick to the leg of Will County Cooperative Police Assistance Team Director Wayne Ladd bought Plainfield resident Michael DeNoyelles a felony charge of aggravated battery.
DeNoyelles, 25, also was charged with the possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, as well as three county of delivering cannabis.

DeNoyelles allegedly intended to deliver marijuana in July. He was charged with actually delivering it in both June and July.
Denoyelles allegedly kicked Ladd in the leg last week. He was booked into the Will County jail that afternoon. DeNoyelles remains in custody and is being held in lieu of $500,000 bond.
