Will County Jail Blotter: Wacky Wednesdays

JOLIET, IL - We've made it to the middle of the week, which some people call wacky Wednesdays. At any rate, it's time for another edition of the Will County Jail detention blotter. The following inmates were booked into county over the past day or so. How many of the new detainees do you recognize?

MARTIN CARRILLO, 58, 800 block of Hague Street, Joliet, arrested by Will County on charges of driving on a suspended license, using unsafe tires and having an obstructed front windshield.

STEVEN WILLIAM DAVIS, 46, 1200 block of Towncrest, New Lenox, arrested by New Lenox Police on charges of domestic battery.

JASON ELIAS, 35, 700 block of Ann Street, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on charges of domestic battery.

JOSEPH FENDER, 39, 300 block of Stonegate Road, New Lenox, arrested by Will County on charges of unlawful interfering with a public utility and criminal damage to property.

JUAN J. ORTIZ, 21, 400 block of Landau Avenue, Joliet, arrested by Will County on three charges of domestic battery, two charges of battery, plus speeding 26 to 34 mph above the limit and driving/never issued a license.

SCOTT PETRACEK, 49, Cicero, arrested by Will County for civil non support.

LUCAS ROTH, 28, Homer Glen, arrested by Will County, Roth's charges all relate to his Aug. 9, 2017 arrest by Illinois State Police in the fatal crash on I-55 near Channahon that killed Michael DeBoard, 60, of Braidwood. Jail records show Roth was booked into the county jail on Tuesday and is now being held with no bail. His 2017 criminal charges were aggravated DUI, drunken driving, improper lane use, failing to reduce speed and no valid registration. Roth had been allowed to live in Missouri while his case was pending.

ALLEN SOLANO, 23, Chicago, arrested by Will County on charges of burglary, theft and using a forged credit/debit card.
