JOLIET, IL — The following people were arrested by police agencies across Will County and brought to the Will County Jail since Tuesday, July 7. Here are the reasons for their arrests.
Nina Pallaske, 25, Ottawa, Ill., arrested by Joliet police on charges of possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jackson Rutledge, 19, West Gettysburg Road, Plainfield, arrested by Plainfield police on charges of domestic battery.

Douglas Rooffener, 61, Lockner Boulevard, Joliet, arrested by Crest Hill police on charges of possession of controlled substances and a 2011 charge of driving on a revoked or suspended license.

Bernita Perkins, 48, 2200 block of Madonna Avenue, Joliet, arrested by Elwood police on charges of aggravated DUI/3rd and a 2015 charge of theft involving lost or mislaid property.

Moses Rogers, 25, Harmony Lane, Romeoville, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on a remand from court on June 22 charges of mob action, aggravated battery in a public place, possession of marijuana 500 to 2,000 grams and obstruction of justice.
