Will County: More Senior Deaths From Coronavirus

JOLIET, IL — The Will County Health Department announced Wednesday that eight more local residents have died from the new coronavirus, bringing the county's death toll to 220 since March.

The eight latest deaths involved two men in their 60s, two women in their 60s, a man in his 70s, two women in their 70s and one woman in her 90s.

Overall, Will County reported 40 new coronavirus cases, bringing the county's total to 3,991 since the worldwide health pandemic began in March.
