Woman Attacked At Super 8 Motel Near Louis Mall: JPD

JOLIET, IL — A 27-year-old Joliet man got arrested late Tuesday after attacking a woman, according to Joliet police arrests. The incident happened inside the Super 8 Motel at 3401 Mall Loop Drive.

Eduardo Davila was taken away from the property and released on an I-Bond on charges of battery. The police were called to the Super 8 around 11:05 p.m. after learning that Davila attacked his friend's girlfriend, according to arrest reports.

"As they were in a guest room, the victim told Davila to leave the room at which time grew angry and pinned the victim to the wall before leaving. Davila was on the scene and was placed into custody without incident," Joliet police reports show.
