The 73rd Annual La Grange Pet Parade will take place this coming Saturday, June 1, 2019. The parade will be stepping off at 9:30a.m. from the corner of Cossitt Avenue and La Grange Road, and follow a 1.5 mile route to end at the Lyons Township High School North Campus parking lot. Paid acts will include the Jesse White Tumblers, Staley the Chicago Bears mascot, Shannon Rovers Pipe Band and many more. The parade will honor a K9 for Veterans match funded by Pet Parade Charities, the Village of La Grange's 140 Birthday, "Pet of the Year" contest winner and more. The theme of the parade is "Celebrating Heroes and Superheroes" so watch out for local hometown heroes plus costumed characters. More information can be found on the La Grange Pet Parade's website.
