LA GRANGE, IL – La Grange police last week issued a news release that was labeled as a public service announcement for "parents with juveniles visiting La Grange."

That implied the youths were coming from elsewhere. Perhaps "visiting La Grange" meant visiting the village's popular downtown, even by those who live in town.

The announcement on Facebook sparked nearly 100 comments. People debated whether the troublemakers were from La Grange or not.
