and interview skills using today's AI tools. Learn how to create a
targeted, accomplishment-focused resume, tailor it to specific
opportunities, develop a strong professional introduction and
answer to "tell me about yourself", use AI to predict likely interview
questions, and deliver confident, compelling responses.

Susi Pihera is a Senior Programs Specialist and Career Coach with
workNet DuPage, DuPage County’s American Job Center, where she
helps job seekers navigate career transitions, build confidence, and
achieve their professional goals. With over 20 years of experience
in workforce development, Susi designs and facilitates innovative
workshops focused on job search strategies, resumes, interviewing,
and career planning, including nationally recognized initiatives
supporting displaced workers and individuals returning to the
workforce. She is passionate about connecting people with
resources and empowering individuals to turn career challenges
into new opportunities.
