Citizens’ Council of La Grange to hold holiday get together

Interested residents are invited to attend.

December 4, 2019—On Wednesday, December 11, 2019 the Citizens’ Council of La Grange will hold their annual holiday social at Altiro Latin Fusion at 1 South La Grange Road at 7:30 p.m. All interested residents are invited to attend.

The Citizens’ Council, founded in 1941, is a nonpartisan, non-profit, volunteer organization that seeks, evaluates and recommends candidates for local office in the Village of La Grange. Its primary focus is to find the best qualified candidates for the Village of La Grange, La Grange Library Board of Trustees and the Park District of La Grange Board of Commissioners. Equally important, the Council strives to keep its members - and all residents - informed on key issues in local government.

The Citizens’ Council is interested in maintaining a membership that is diverse and represents multiple viewpoints from all areas of the Village of La Grange. They encourage the citizens of La Grange get involved. To learn more, join us at our monthly meetings.
