The Citizens' Council of La Grange Slates Village Board Trustee Candidates
The Council ends its slating session for April 2015 election

La Grange, IL. (November 19, 2014) – The Citizens’ Council of La Grange had it’s final slating session on Wednesday, November 19 with the recommendation of two Village Board Trustee candidates to village voters: Michael Kotynek and Mark Kuchler.
“The Council recommends Michael Kotynek and Mark Kuchler, they were knowledgeable, current and engaging candidates eager to serve La Grange,” said Jim Arnold, Citizens’ Council of La Grange chair.
On November 12 the Council slated three Library Board candidates: Laurie Braun, Bridgette O’Connor and John Reardon. In addition, the Council slated three Park District Board Commissioners: Lynn Lacey, Mary Ellen Penicook and Bob Vear.

The Council will hold a candidate forum in March to introduce all the candidates to the Village residents.
The Citizens’ Council of La Grange is a non-partisan, volunteer organization dating back to the 1930s, which serves the residents of La Grange, Illinois by seeking, evaluating, and recommending candidates for the Village, Library and Park District Boards.
