Our certified instructor, Kristine Scott Schultz, will guide new, continuing and pregnant or post-partum students through this Gentle Yoga class. The class utilizes the participant’s awareness of the mind, body, and breath. This class focuses on adapting poses to make them accessible for every individual. To achieve this we utilize props that support the poses or asanas. Gentle Yoga will help participants to lengthen and strengthen the body while creating greater range of motion. This class is ideal for anyone with limited range of motion and is accommodating to pregnant and postpartum individuals, people of larger stature, and seniors.
