In this Hatha Flow Basics class students will be introduced to the foundational aspects of each asana or yoga pose. The class will explore these foundational poses through the combination of holding asanas or poses statically, as well as, connecting a series of carefully composed sequences of breath-synchronized movements or poses together that help to balance the “ha” energy or sun energy with the “tha” or the lunar energy. This balance of both masculine and feminine energies will help to achieve both greater balance and power while preparing the students body and mind for relaxation and meditation.
