
Our certified instructor, Cassandra Shugailo, will help participants explore a vinyasa class that is thoughtfully sequenced to offer guided modifications and gentle progressions in order to serve the needs of every student. Each class begins with a guided meditation and breath work to discover a more peaceful place within. Continue class by practicing a variety of fluid and static poses that emphasize alignment, openness, and mindfulness. Students will leave class feeling centered and energized while reaping the benefits of gentle cardiovascular exercise, increased strength and flexibility.
