An Advent Afternoon of Reflection with Terry Nelson-Johnson, D. Min.

Perhaps what we all need is a really good dose of Advent--a Vibrant and Surprising and Raw and Passionate experience of the mystery of Christmas – The Incarnation. We need to remember--literally to re-member--that our God is full of skin, that the reality of God is woven--kneaded--into all the stuff of life, particularly our bodies. Yes, these bodies! Please join us as we contemplate and celebrate and re-commit ourselves to Participation in the Incarnation.

Dr. Nelson-Johnson is Founder and Executive Director of Soul-Play, LLC. He is Dean of Faith Formation at Old St. Patrick’s Church and holds a master’s degree from the Institute of Pastoral Studies, Loyola University, and a Doctorate of Ministry from the University of St. Mary of the Lake.
