This class is for students age 13-18. Learn how the physical practice, the breathing exercises and the mind-quieting techniques of yoga can help teens navigate this wonderful, but stressful time of life. Reasons to

As a way to create or maintain flexibility, strength and balance

As a spiritual practice...reconnect to the “inner spirit” through meditative
