
Join our certified instructor, Therese Carlson, as she helps new and continuing participants explore the benefits of yoga in this foundational yoga class in which, students will be guided through a carefully composed sequence of asanas, or yoga poses. In this sequence, each pose connects and builds to the next pose organically, in a flowing manner. This practice reveals the internal logic of the movement of the body and the breath and leaves participants with a feeling of balance and well-being.
