Yoga is a powerful tool for transformation! In this class our trained and certified instructor Letty Madrigal will help you discover how to keep you body moving, discuss ways in which to manage diet, enhance self-discipline and increase motivation while cultivating more joy, regardless of body type!  Every “body” is welcome! This classis a 5-week series from Monday, January 9th through Monday, February 6th.
