Join our certified instructor, Theresa Mikuls, as she helps beginning or returning participants explore the fundamental building blocks of yoga in order to refine and develop a yoga practice. Participants will explore poses, or asanas, by starting with the base of each pose and working slowly, step-by-step, to gain awareness in the body in order to achieve the individual expression of each pose. Participants will also focus on the breath and incorporate breathing techniques that will help to restore natural breathing. This class will allow you to reconnect with the mind, body and breath and leave you feeling quieter and calmer.
