Yoga Strength

In this class participants will experience a more balanced approach to strength-based training by exploring the combination of dynamic and balance poses.  A yoga ball and props will be utilized to achieve a deeper expression of each pose.  This class will help to develop and increase basic strength, endurance, functional movement, flexibility in the muscles and joints, core strength, lean muscle tone and definition.  Come experience the “whole” approach to strengthening the body, mind and breath and leave class feeling more complete.
